BioHPC: Future directions.
The number of applications available via BioHPC will grow, it actually growing all the time. With the source code available we expect this growth to accelerate.

There are number of improvements we are planning for job allocation and administration that will increase efficiency of HPC resources usage.

Currently only access via ASP.NET pages is supported. Access via web services is planned, followed by offering of client software for Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
