New release of BioHPC is now available on the
download page. BioHPC web site is still
being updated accordingly, especially installation instructions. New
distribution includes data management components of next generation
sequencing support, among many other additions and improvements.
Some recent BioHPC presentations have been made available as pdf
documents - see links at the bottom of main
page.
